NICE Run 2500I (2500kg Gates)

To automate sliding gates up to 2500kg at 15.6m/min (RUN2500). Suitable for use in extreme conditions and in systems intended for intensive use.

Self-ventilated motor with electromechanical limit switch.

Easy to install: the BlueBUS system allows connections with just two wires between the control unit and up to 15 control, safety and signalling devices.

Safe: the acceleration (at the start of the manoeuvre) and deceleration (at the end of the manoeuvre) settings are precise and reliable.

Advanced temperature sensor: Run is able to manage its force, adapting it to the different climatic and environmental conditions while at the same time adjusting the thermal protection and self-ventilation intensity depending on the temperature detected.

Master/slave selection: also automatically synchronises 2 motors, allowing automation of sliding gates with two opposing leaves.

Practical and functional: the control unit (and the inverter in the RUN2500I version) housed in Run can be connected via a practical plug-in connector.

Quiet: gearmotor on bearings. RUN2500I version with integrated inverter.

Flawless movement: the inverter enables the three-phase motor to be powered and operated with 230 VAC single-phase current, adjusting the frequency to regulate the automation speed from a minimum of 8.2 m/min to a maximum of 15.4 m/min. During the automation deceleration phase, the inverter communicates with the control unit and increases the torque, improving performance and reducing the risk of the automation blocking in the presence of obstacles.
